| In order to enhance and protect the extraordinary natural assets of the location, a variety of responsible building measures have been adopted. Out of respect for wildlife habitat, all wetlands and historic hemlock groves have been set aside for permanent conservation.
The development has an established set of guidelines for the community in order to maintain an architectural continuity between the homes and the landscape. Typical homes consist of elements indigenous to the area including natural stone, timber wood, poplar tree bark siding and neutral color schemes.
